Return Policy
At Hauté Labyrinth, we take pride in providing you with high-quality, stylish products that meet your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Below is our detailed return policy to guide you through the process:
Eligibility for Returns
1. Condition of Items:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact and included.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
2. Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following items are non-returnable:
Earrings
Undergarments
Beauty products (including skincare and cosmetics)
Sale items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
Return Process
1. Request a Return:
Contact our customer service team at returns@hautelabyrinth.com to initiate a return.
Include the following details in your email:
Order number
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for the return
Photos of the item(s) if there is a defect or damage
2. Receive a Return Authorization:
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
3. Pack and Ship:
Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Include your original packing slip and write the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
Refunds
1. Processing Time:
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
2. Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
3. Partial Refunds:
Items returned with missing original packaging or minor damage may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
Exchanges
1. Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
To exchange an item, please follow the same steps outlined in the return process.
2. New Orders:
For faster processing, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement item and requesting a refund for the original purchase.
Defective or Damaged Items
1. Reporting Issues:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us at returns@hautelabyrinth.com within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos of the defect or damage along with your order details.
2. Resolution Options:
We will arrange for a replacement or refund for defective or damaged items, including covering return shipping costs.
Lost or Missing Returns:
Hauté Labyrinth is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage.
